  • Proper quality of products:
    Returns are possible if obvious defects or non-compliance with the stated characteristics are detected (for example, damaged packaging or expired shelf life).
  • Return procedure:
    Contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
    Provide a photo of the product and packaging to confirm the reason for the return.
    After confirmation, the return will be made in a way convenient for you: exchange for a similar product or refund.
  • Return Policy:
    The product must be returned in its original packaging.
    The product must not be opened or more than 20% consumed.
